Water Chemistry Class

Come join CHAOS at 7pm on March 26th for a class on water chemistry and mash adjustment. We will be talking about why you might want to adjust your water, how to adjust the pH of your mash, how to calculate water salt additions, and what effects those additions will have on the flavor of your beer. This class is a good introduction to the topic, with enough side-by-side sampling to keep more experienced brewers interested.
