BJCP Malt Class

Join us as CHAOS brewer and Nationally Ranked BJCP Judge, Michael Helzer, leads us through a sensory evaluation of mini mashes made of common base malts including American 2-row, British, and lager malt varieties. The group will discuss different flavor and aroma contributions, compare those with some commercial examples of beer, and discuss relevant portions of beer judging score sheets.
