Cerveza de Mayo 2025

Join us for the 14th annual Cerveza de Mayo on Saturday May 3rd from 2–7pm. We’ll have 20 seasonal ales and lagers from CHAOS members to sample. The Keezer of Alchemy will feature a flight of six tropical hazy IPAs, and there will be non-alcoholic options on tap. We’re lucky to have ParacaidistaCervezería Independiente join us on their current tour of Chicago, and Burning Bush Brewery has donated their Holy Peño, a jalapeño pineapple IPA!

All of these fresh small-batch brews will pair beautifully with our taco fiesta. Cheers to Tacotlán Restaurant for donating food for another year!

We’ll have live music outside from Brian Hoyt and Loveseat, and you can get a tour of Chicago’s only maker space dedicated to home brewers.

Our 45-day Trial Membership allows you to attend the tasting event, and there is enough time to brew a batch of beer at our club brewhouse.
